Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

We only collect what you type into the sign-up form:

Email address — required.
First and last name — optional.
Instagram username — optional.

We do not collect payment data, and we do not ask for any special category data (health, beliefs, and so on). If you email us directly, we will also hold whatever you choose to write to us.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

Purpose	Legal basis

Replying to messages you send us.	Our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6.1.f).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.

4. How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the active list; we may keep a minimal record of the withdrawal itself, solely to prove we stopped contacting you.

5. Who else sees it

We use third-party providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

Mailchimp, our email marketing provider.
Netlify, our website hosting provider.

Mailchimp	Intuit Inc., United States — stores the mailing list and sends the emails.
Netlify	Netlify Inc., United States — hosts this website.

Both providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where we are legally required to.

6. Cookies and embedded content

This website does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies.

The sign-up form is provided by Mailchimp and may use anti-spam checks, including Google reCAPTCHA, which reads technical data such as your IP address under Google's own privacy policy.

Some pages embed a Spotify player. When it loads, Spotify may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Spotify's own privacy policy, over which we have no control. If you do not interact with the player, no account data is shared with us.

7. Your rights

You can, at any time and free of charge, ask us to:

Give you a copy of the data we hold about you (access).
Correct it if it is wrong (rectification).
Delete it (erasure).
Limit or object to how we use it (restriction and objection).
Send it to you or to another provider in a portable format (portability).
Withdraw your consent, which does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.

8. Minors

This sign-up is not intended for anyone under 14 years old, the age of valid consent for information society services in Spain (LOPDGDD Art. 7). If you are under 14, please do not sign up.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
